We carefully pack every order and aim to ship it as quickly as possible. Orders placed Mon-Fri before 19:00 CET/CEST ship the same day. Orders placed after 19:00 or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How does it work?
- Choose the desired amount.
- After purchase, the recipient receives the gift card by email.
- Enter the personal code at checkout in our webshop.
- The balance can be used across multiple orders until it has been fully spent.
Terms and conditions
- The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Multiple gift cards can be combined in a single order.
- If the order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference can be paid using another payment method.
- Any remaining balance can be used for a future order.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
- Discount codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards unless explicitly stated otherwise.
